Buyers Agrees to do the following

• Have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery.
• That all vet bills are responsibility of the buyer.
• To keep the above dog/puppy up to date on all immunizations and health care.
• To notify the breeder if they can no longer care for the dog/puppy.  The buyer will return the dog/puppy to the breeder with all needed paperwork, so the breeder can find it a new home.
• To provide dog/puppy with routine preventative care. Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian, or as described by your vet.

Health Guarantee

• This puppy is guaranteed against fatal and life altering genetic defects which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes heart, pancreas, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature until the dog/puppy is one year of age.
• There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example coccidian, kennel cough, cancer, demodectic mange, scabies, growths, allergies, cherry eye, entropain and ectropion and other autoimmune system disorders that are not covered in this guarantee. Kennel cough and cococcidia are common in puppies that are shipped and are caused by bacteria. Both are not life threatening and easily treated.
• This guarantee does not include uneven bites or umbilical hernia, nor does the seller guarantee size or Show Quality.
•  This contract applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable to a second party.
• All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.
• Unless otherwise specified, all vet bills for corrective surgery, cosmetic surgery, shots and normal health care, euthanasia, spay/ neuter and also shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Terms of replacement

• If the above dog should develop a severe genetic disease and can no longer function as pet/ companion animal the breeder will replace at no charge with a comparable value dog/pet.
• The dog will be replaced either from the same litter or from a future litter within a year of the dog being returned to the breeder.
• A proper letter from the vet stating the problem found in the vet’s opinion on the viability of the animal must accompany the returned dog/puppy.
• All vet bills and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be accepted by the breeder.
• A return dog/ puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the breeder and with any registration papers returned to the breeder, to qualify for a replacement puppy.
• No replacement will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, euthanized without the permission of the breeder.
• This contract is null and void if the terms of conditions are not fulfilled.
• Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and that this contract is in jurisdiction of the state of Michigan, and Saint Clair County. It is agreed that any litigation will take place in St. Clair County.

I have read the above contract thoroughly and understand and agree with the terms set forth in this document. I also understand that this is a binding agreement and will abide by the terms we have agreed above. I acknowledge my acceptance of this contract by sending a deposit and with my signature below.
